This house was built over 100 years ago and had some beautiful pieces that needed to be brought back to life while many others just needed to be removed and replaced. The entire house inside and out was painted with new contemporary colors. We opened up the entry to the living room. We also removed a wall that separated the kitchen from the living/dining room. We completely re-arranged the kitchen so that it was both open to living area but also the nook and installed all new appliances. We installed a new bathroom in main floor area and turned a small bedroom into a beautiful office with french doors.

We created a master bedroom upstairs by combining two bedroom and changing the access of one of the bathrooms. All new flooring, millwork, doors, lighting, plumbing fixtures. In addition, all the cabinets and countertops were installed. In the end, this house is perfectly setup to host gatherings with family and friends.
