Ruston Custom “Walls are Framed”

Walls are going up, it is so exciting to start to see this house come together. Clients are excited! They should be in before Christmas.

Ruston Custom “Floor is Installed”

Foundation is in and floor was installed. The client chose to have radiant heating on the main level so a special sub-floor was installed to allow for water tubes to run throughout the living space. This will be comfortable and very energy efficient.

Ruston Custom “Ground work has Begun”

This project will be incredible. Views from this lot of the mountain and the Puget Sound are breathtaking! Excavators cleared the site and foundation has been installed. The outdoor living for this house will offer a wonderful opportunity to entertain.
