Walls are completed, and trusses are being installed. Framing should be completed within the next week or so and then we will have plumbing, electrical and hvac contractors doing their rough installs.

Open Floor Plan – Gig Harbor “Demo Completed”

After about a week, we have removed, carpet, hardwood, walls, cabinets and countertops. We have framed the mud room and moved doors. Project is coming along! Electrician, HVAC ducting and insulation over the next few days. Drywall begins next week.

Exciting new project in the Gig Harbor area. Client is looking to open up floor plan, increase size of kitchen, frame in a new mud room and update finishes. The kitchen will be incredible! Check out the original photos and stay tuned for updates along the way.

Walls are going up, it is so exciting to start to see this house come together. Clients are excited! They should be in before Christmas.

Foundation is in and floor was installed. The client chose to have radiant heating on the main level so a special sub-floor was installed to allow for water tubes to run throughout the living space. This will be comfortable and very energy efficient.

This project will be incredible. Views from this lot of the mountain and the Puget Sound are breathtaking! Excavators cleared the site and foundation has been installed. The outdoor living for this house will offer a wonderful opportunity to entertain.
