We’re excited to introduce our latest 30-unit complex built right in the heart of the Tacoma Mall area. This type of middle housing development is what we like to call our bread and butter.
The Alder Flats features stacked duplexes—an efficient design that maximizes both space and energy performance. We’re incredibly proud of the hard work our team put into bringing this project to life!
A few team shoutouts:
- Gavin, our Director of Multifamily Development, spent countless hours securing the lot, designing for the highest and best use of the property, and working with the City of Tacoma to permit a project that benefits both the community and our company.
- Kurt, our Superintendent, was onsite everyday coordinating schedules, solving challenges, and collaborating with our amazing subcontractors to turn this vision into reality.
Of course, it takes a full team to make a project like this happen—and we couldn’t be prouder of everyone who contributed.
