Welcome to our newest DADU! Built in the historic district of Tacoma, our clients partnered with us to design a beautiful and multifunctional 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 701-square-foot living space above a spacious 2-car garage.

Their goal? To rent out the DADU to traveling nurses while using the garage below as extra storage for their outdoor gear and toys!

While working in the historic district of Tacoma presented unique challenges, we’re so proud to have created a home that met the city’s requirements, delivered every detail our clients were hoping for, and resulted in a beautiful building that will stand the test of time.

We’re also excited to share that as soon as construction wrapped up, our clients filled their space with tenants right away—proof that a well-designed DADU is both a smart investment and a stylish addition to a property.
