This client came to us looking for a rental investment opportunity after being referred by a local realtor friend. Together, we helped him find a property with great rental potential and enough room in the backyard to add a DADU, creating an opportunity to maximize the property’s value and generate additional rental income.

For the backyard unit, our client chose our Commencement plan, a two-bedroom, one-bathroom DADU built above a two-car garage. This design provides a comfortable, functional living space while keeping the garage below for convenient parking and storage.
