This North Tacoma en suite bathroom was completely transformed from a cramped, dated 1970s space into a warm and functional retreat. We worked with a mother-daughter team to create a bathroom tailored to their son and brother, with a focus on both comfort and timeless design.

The original bathroom was small, with floor-to-ceiling tile and a shower so tight that it was difficult to bend over. To create more usable space, we brought one of the walls forward into the downstairs family room, giving us the opportunity to rework the layout and expand the bathroom footprint.

The finished space features flat-panel vanity cabinetry, a built-in linen cabinet, Champagne bronze plumbing fixtures and hardware, and beautiful Taj Mahal countertops. A large arched statement mirror adds the finishing touch to this warm, elevated bathroom remodel.

The result is a bathroom that feels significantly more spacious, functional, and tailored to the people who use it every day.
