“We hired Gordon T. Jacob to remodel our master bathroom. Chris and Mitzi make an incredible team and we are so thankful for their passion in home renovations.

From our first meeting we knew Chris and his team would deliver. We felt like all of our wishes for the bathroom (clean, bright, better ventilation, privacy from neighbors) were met beyond our expectations and we now have a space we can be proud of and enjoy using.

The actual renovation process went about as smoothly as someone can hope for! As a family with young kids they made it a priority to keep the rest of our house clean and in order while completely clearing out our bathroom and went to every extent to make sure everything was done efficiently and with our family in mind. They checked in frequently and their app made it very easy to see what was on the calendar week to week.

As someone who does not have an eye for design, color or anything decor related, Mitzi became my guiding light with every single decision. She was so patient with me and also seemed to know my style preferences after just a few short conversations and a couple photos from Pinterest. Mitzi spent a lot of time going over tile options and light fixtures then went as far as having custom shelves made for us! She is so talented and I strongly believe she was a game changer for us and this process. She did not settle for anything less than perfect.

Every sub who came into our home was kind, patient with our kids and dog and thoughtful of our space. Chris and Mitzi truly have a high quality team and we loved our experience so much we immediately utilized their team again to renovate our pantry.

They also followed up with us numerous times to make sure everything felt and looked right. That’s rare to experience these days, and their genuine desire to serve their clients with the best is obvious.
