West Tacoma DADU

This client already owned a rental property in West Tacoma and wanted to explore how he could get the highest and best value out of his investment. After looking at his options, he decided to add our Baltimore plan DADU to the backyard, creating a second rental unit and expanding his rental portfolio without having to purchase another property.
