This house was beautifully built in 2003 but had not had anything updated in the house. We repainted the house inside and out with more modern colors. Painted the millwork and cabinets to bring more light into house. ​And installed new cabinet hardware. ​Installed new craftsman ​interior ​panel doors throughout​ house which really updated home to more contemporary look​. Sanded and stained the hardwood floors to a rich dark color.

Installed new carpet and vinyl to accompany the new colors of house. And installed new granite counters in kitchen with tile back​-​splash and new quartz counters in bathrooms.​
